use S8 pretty nornal....

S* shares are issued and free trading under an exemtion with the SEC. They can NOT be used for promotion or financing, and are strictly used for employees....employee option plans.

OTC companies can issue these shares out to employees in an option plan, and can also be used to retain good employees and retain new talent.

Again, doesnt mean the stock cant still run on news, but noticed the float had increased in volume.
