Mr Martell finally returned my phone call today. Number appearing on my cel is 703-525-7364, for those interested in initating their own contact with him. He tries to answer all calls received, but rarely on the day they are received; simply too busy to do so, so he tries to block out time each week to do his responses........

Definitely sounding stressed, as it appears from his comments that he is the workhorse right now, setting things up. He is aware that I am posting what I consider to be the highlights of the discussion, and expressed no objections.....

1) Anticipates filing the next 10Q NLT March 17 (the company has not missed filing deadlines in the past when they were active, was his comment)
2) Not interested in setting up a shareholders newsletter, even on a monthly basis. Anything he wants the shareholders to know will be illustrated via filings for the time being, to insure "everyone knows the same thing at the same time"
3) No alliance to partner with John Hopkins, but they would like to do more work with them in the future. The actual shares issued for the patent-pending item they received was to the inventors, not the school.
4) Restricted shares, the 9.5M to the doctors, and the 550K potentially issuable via the 8K, are restricted for a one-year period from date of issuance
5) No intentions of issuing any PRs simply to bolster the share price; "Investors will know soon enough if they have a good deal or not at current prices"
6) At this time, the private companies of Dr S are not being looked at to be rolled into CSBR
7)There is no current plan to change the symbol (his comment: "Everyone knows CSBR is Champions Biotechnology; why change the symbol? Changing the name was enough")
8) No internal IR contact right now, other than himself...."we need to run very lean right now as we get set up".....and he issues the PRs to the outside house being used..........

Mr Martell prides himself on the fact that he has kept the core company "clean" (as he put it) for the past 21 years. He has no plans therefore to engage any financial fundings that would jeopardize that reputation. We did not discuss splits, either forward or reverse.........

Their intention is to focus on the R&D end of bio-pharmas; developing the drugs and then licensing or royalty-fee'ing them out. For now, their focus is on cancer-related drugs, but open to expansion into other arenas, depending on what they are presented with. Everyone is focused on getting the first patent approved........and filing others for patents......(that was an interesting sidebar comment he added)

CSBR does not have any plans at the moment to tackle this from the mfg side, because of the amount of years required to qualify yourself as a manufacturer (he indicated 15yrs minimum)

Hope this information is helpful. He is aware of the recent price fluctuations but laughed it off as MM antics (see item 5 above)........
