Peter will step down...

from my take part of Peter's job was to get GiraSolar public, set up their filings and audits (done), and get them listed on the OTC BB.

After that, peter would have done his job and would step down as company CEO to replaced by Weiland or someother expert in the solar field. So once listed we may see Klamka step aside shortly after that.

Lol...bet the news of Klamka stepping down is probablky good for a .50+ jump in the stock alone, hehe.
