Twister. I suggest you call John for that answer. I believe you'll like the answer. He just returned my phone call I made not to long after your post. Ask him about what engineers are working on it and how they are going about it. I talked with an engineer yesterday who confirmed that is the correct process to take. I realize this is a very frrustrating time right now. I do believe you will find out their are enough people working on it. Time for work. Later.
