Call me a newb but i don't quite understand what is going on with AXGJ. In my mind if the CEO was trying to raise money by diluting he would want to sell at the highest price possible. So why would he hold the ask low with such high volume? I mean if he pushed the ask up to .001 he would be getting more than 2X more $.

I read a post about the possiblity the CEO would short while diluting. In that case maybe he would want to print shares and intensionally push the price lower. Does this really happen? It sure seems like big time manipulation to me. How can it be legal? Is Flannery really just a big time scam artist?

In my mind the more simple solution to this is that the naked shorting this stock is out of control. I've read alot about this practice and it seems like a major problem. Are we buying shares that don't even exist? Are these guys bouncing shares back and forth between eachother resulting in sky high volume and allowing them to manipulate the stock price? The volume on this stock has exploded since just six months ago.

It is scary to me that people really have no idea what is going on with AXGJ. Unless the PR is totally fabricated it seems that AXGJ has some real potential. I for one took a gamble based on what i thought AXGJ had for potentail and lost so far. Not as much as a new car but enough to make me think twice about messing arround in pinks anymore.
