If he is giving a dispositon today..

That is only the beginning.. not the end... he is simply stating his position and answering questions from the SEC. If any other parties are involved (the reseller?, DOD?, accusers?) they all may have to have theirs done. If they are not done, we have to wait for that... THEN the SEC has to review all. and PERHAPS have a second round..

This is My take... so I am NOT hopeful that we will hear anything soon on this. Maybe all the others are done, and the SEC simply wants Jim on the record... but... doubt it..

Hope we do hear something soon...
