The "magnificent three", our BOD (I liked that term!) seems to have failed to maintain Evans on the BB well before the "settlement" with FM and BA occured. That hurt the potential value of our dividend stock and it had no obvious gain to HISS. Later, even if the BOD might have "won" a better settlement, we were already stabbed in the wallet.

Why would they do that to us??? Was it just sour grapes or a scorched earth action?
