O/T sanddollar..that may be in reference to

dianomite dave saying he was taking out ads in a paper about someone who posted things during the time his sister was involved in an accident. I know I read a posts where DD said he would not seek legal action (no basis) but was going to "hurt" him in his pocketbook. I could be way off here, but that is what I remember happening on the TCL board a couple months ago.
