"I believe the default is pertaining to the list of officers that are due:

List of Officers Due: 1/31/2007

This could be reason for the appearant delay of the funding batrring the anti money laundering process the money may be going through. I let my articles of Inc expire and the bank closed my account and sent me a check. It was easy enough to fix. Went to the state refiled the required forms and everything is fine.

If one does this through the mail it could take 3 to 4 weeks. Hopefully they have someone to walk it through the process in person
