As for the moderator he keeps things in check here and I for one appreciate that. I've been on many of the boards he has moderated and I will say they are some of the cleanest on ihub.

What is hard to understand about the loan. 300M shares is the collateral for the loan and NVMG has five years to pay it back. The shares do not go into the float they are just held to insure repayment of the loan. So the o/s will increase by 300M however at the end of the 5 years NVMG could just turn those shares back into the TA.

It's exactly like when you buy a vehicle and the bank keeps the title until you have finished paying off the car as insurance they will get there money back.
