Maybe a solution would be for Tercica to sell both Iplex and Increlex for short stature, or perhaps even just Iplex.

The key being that Tercica gets the profits from the Iplex short stature indication sales.

Otherwise there may be the potential for a class action parent driven lawsuit demanding the availability of Iplex... Aiming4.
