Ice,
As I said earlier, whether or not SQUM delivered on the order, or CKYS paid them, or whatever the holdup if one so exists, is covered by the "expects to" portion of the PR. That said, Sandan's attempt to twist your words fails miserably, as it is just as possible that CKYS, since they might not have the cash they claim (hence the SEC inquiry and suspension), could not pay SQUM, and SQUM, unlike others, may not have found their shares to be worth taking (maybe they saw the suspension coming?), and the deal went sour. Who knows. As you said, SQUM has several resellers, which could easily account for the revenues generated leaving a very small, if not nonexistent, amount of revenues generated specific to Cyberkey.
With that said, here's what I see.
CKYS-Never filed official financials with the SEC.
SQUM-Files all quarterly filings and other filings with the SEC.
CKYS-Couldn't produce proof of revenues in time to avoid an SEC suspension.
SQUM-Has shown increases in revenues.
Sandan is not interested in SQUM, in putting them down. His attacks are personal in nature. And they will stop on this board.
If Sandan wishes to post verifiable DD on this board, aka filing information, full comparisons to support his feelings, he is more than able to do so. Unlike some boards, that kind of DD, even if it shows a company to be in a very poor state, is welcome here and not censored if it doesn't meet the desires of the chosen few who run the board. Personal attacks, though, will be removed.
Sandan, let this be a warning from one of the assistants that you will stop your personal attacks of Iceman, or any other person here posting, and stick to the subjects at hand, which can be pretty much wide open, so long as they are about companies/stocks, and not posters. I will personally remove any posts that you make that attack another poster.
Again, Sandan, if you wish to discuss SQUM's shortfalls, we're ALL ears. Danno123 proves that owning shares doesn't mean keeping hidden the realities of a company.
In my own personal opinion, the main difference between SQUM and CKYS is pretty evident.
SQUM isn't on the grey sheets.
IMO/FWIW
