Insmed Inc (INSM)

We are making a lot of assumptions based on a dual press
release. Not to bump heads with anyone here, but I have to
believe INSM has cards yet to play..They may have not been
too comfortable with their position going into the injuntion
decision, and opted to put this behind them.. This does give
them the ability to go to market with their science. I have
read this press release probably as many times as you all
have, and I come away with the feeling that TRCA and DNA are
very involved with the future success of INSM..I dont see how
having this much support can be a bad thing. First blush, sure
we all wanted INSM to bring this to market and really blow the
doors off, but reality dictates they follow this path. I do
believe that if this drug is as promising as it seems. I for
one will take 50% of something big, rather than all of
nothing..
