However involved in a complicated minuet where the oxygen of publicity would not be in the best interests of all the shareholders. I also find the lack of clarity frustrating

Question?????????? If you have been sold what turned out to be counterfit shares, are you really a shareholder?
Or just someone who has a beef with whomever sold them to you.
If you are the holder of naked shares, are you a shareholder? Or some one who has a beef with their broker?

I am begining to have some doubts as to where this is headed.
And don't feel good about it. However as someone pointed out, we have nothing to loose, and a great deal to win.
