TJ, that's not how it works for specialty drugs like this. A "prescription" requires a medical necessity form to be filled out and submitted to whatever specialty pharmacy Insmed contracts as a distribution channel. It is processed one by one, verified through insurance etc... and the market is small enough these docs will know by end of day tomorrow I would bet that they can't prescribe IPLEX. Same way GH is prescribed to kiddies. Hell, I heard rumours that some docs have been gossiping about this for three weeks now, so they probably all know now anyway.
