Management needs to be more accessible. I understand not hiring a secretary, but maybe a temp for once a week....pick a day, Thursday, and have her recite...Pr coming shortly, these things take time, and everythings moving along just fine, I'll tell him you called, click....I would feel 100X times better, than receiving automatic responses by email, and "message recieved" on the answering service.
