Mr. xxxxx - No, the company is not selling any shares currently. As announced
in February, we believe shorting is taking place and are taking steps to
address the problem.

My question: "Hello. I am an investor in XTMS and it seems that everytime we get good news the stock price drops as tons of shares get sold at the bid. Is this because the company is selling shares into the news? I hope not. Thank you. xxxxxx (Investor, XTMS).
