I said this earlier, but I'll repeat it - I am unsure of how they are going to get the kind of numbers we really want out of Panama.

If the bank of Nova Scotia is tight-lipped, imagine what MT is facing in getting financial info released from partnering companies. My understanding is that it has to be government certified.
