Just made some calls. Herbert Becker CEO of BCYR is good friends with Bryan Kuskie the CEO of EVSA! The 15c-211 is being filled this week for sure now that the final review is almost done. As soon as it is filled which I am told is going to be this week, BCYR is going to issue a PR stating that they have filled to be uplisted to the OTCBB! Also I'm told that Ford and GM have licensed sync from BYCR specificaly for some of their 08 models and that will be coming out in the coming weeks!
