Agreed, that Stewart handled that very well.

He must have planned on having the JV done and ready to announce last week, then he thought it would be this week, but more delays.

So, his choice was delay the CC, cancel the CC, or go through with it.

He may have made a bad choice, but he handled it very well, and the news that we're going to get is just as big as the news we thought we'd get today.

Waiting game... although many wish they could have bought during the sell off.
