If RTLR could possibly double with the upcoming launch with 32 Million or .5 RLTR share owned by each ICTN share the shares in ICTN should rise almost 3 fold.

Assume a crazy number and RLTR goes to .54 or 4 times the current price ICTN shares SHOULD rise almost 6x from the current price.

This of course assumes that the market rewards ICTN for the shares which for now the have not. Perhaps it could trade at a premium of its RTLR value.
