kownski & others,

There is a distinctive difference between reading a press release from a non-affiliated (non-parentage) entity and receiving a formal notice from that same entity of its intentions to enter into a material agreement for the purpose stated therein and within a certain timeframe. For ERHE to issue any type of PR or notice to shareholders of such intent without having received formal notice from said entity is most likely contractually prohibited and, at a minimum, ill-conceived as ERHE does not have any official authorization to speak of the intended actions or hearsay statements of others, including their press releases.

I, too, expect Mr. Keeney to do his job but I acknowledge that I have not seen the restrictions on ERHE as regards the partnership agreement(s). Nor have I reason to believe that ERHE has received formal notice that in turn would allow them to issue an internal release of information to shareholders or to the public.

The reason I am sensitive to this matter is that I wrote numerous contracts that prohibited contractors/suppliers from speaking of, quoting or inferring any relationship with my company with express written permission from my company.
