"WiFi is basically just another form of an ethernet card."
That card is useless without software to run it.
Didn't Msft develope (or own) the fisrt wifi standard 802.11b?
A recent interview I saw or read with Gates, he said Msft expects to be a big player in WiFi.
All I'm saying to people is, don't get hung up looking at Msft as only Windows or Office. There's more there than that.
I like Msft, I've never owned it, but I watch the stock. It's in a narrow trading range and it's been there for a while.
I personaly don't like the stock now because I feel there's better stocks to make money on now. Like Scon (sold today, looking to re-enter on a pull back), AMCC (curently hold), and others on Wahz list.
( I must be doing something right: I had AMCC, Scon and Manu before Wahz listed them).
I may be biased, since I'm not a Microsoft or Gates basher.
Later: Heading to Nebraska for the weekend, with a stop in Chicago Saturday night.
Kingston Mines, here we come!
