Can you give me the link or means you used to gather your information from "Thomson Financial" so I can order the "the two regulation D's consisting of 24 pages? Would checking with the SOS possibly be worth while? What do you think? Like I said, "sorry if I was condescending but I am tired of "stale" information," and if the filings you refer to are the ones on the home page in part or total, rest assured, they have been read, re-read and digested.
