The gtl argentina announcement referred to petty going to switzerland to arrange for financing. I don't believe he would make such a trip if he didn't have serious meetings lined up. I don't know how much he needs to raise,but, if he is successful it will establish the credibiity of the company.I believe one catalyst ,such as a financing deal, will cause the stock to lift off. The only caveat is that if the market in general is in a bear mode, it will be hard to buck a negative trend for stocks overall. Also need a pickup in volume to stop the scavenging of market makers who troll in thinly traded securities.
