I don't think you're attacking DNDN, jellybean...far from it, in fact. I had forgotten about the fact that the control arm in the DN-101 trial was that Taxotere regimen that doesn't extend survival...so thanks David. I'm pretty sure that the new DN-101 Phase III will have once per three week Taxotere as the control arm.

I think if DN-101 had modified the Taxotere side effects to a much greater extent than it did, NOVC may have been able to talk the FDA into assenting to a filing and convening an advisory panel meeting. It looks like the overall dataset is much stronger than Xinlay's. It would have been interesting to see if it would have been approved or not.
