Why should that be necessary? This is a public meeting that should be made known to its shareholders! If I was not on this forum, how would I know their was a meeting at all??
They should, must , i would think, have to notify all shareholders in some public way. Email, snailmail, at the very least, a PR stating when the meeting is being held. Don't you think???
