I'm no rocket scientist but the value seems to be overstated. Using the numbers from the PR:
20,000,000 pounds of Uranium (U308) @ .27% average grade (NOT 27% or 2.7%) equates to 54,000 lbs of Uranium, correct?!?! Using the pricing of $71 per pound of Uranium, this amounts to only $3.834 million rather than the $38 million stated in the PR.
I've checked and re-checked my numbers.. several times... and I wish I could come up with a different answer. Would someone else please confirm? I have also asked the PR company to confirm, but my request has gone without any reply. In light of this as well as the poor excuse for open communication from the CEO as indicated in today's PR, I have sold my 590k shares at a substantial loss. I only wished I would have checked the numbers earlier and/or could have more confidence in the CEO of this company.
These are called the Pink Sheets and this company is trading here for a reason. I will keep this on my radar for the next few weeks... this seemed like a great opportunity. Anyone believe that it still is?
