I posted a couple months ago that Larry would probably extend the warrant dates along with a symbol change, per email exchanges with him.

As I stated yesterday, the extention is most likely due to the NSS position. The SOMA Divy/warrants CANNOT be delivered to all the EQBM shares that are entitled due to the additional fake shares sold.

If Larry were to release news of closed deals, it would not really benefit the EQBM stock because there are about 100 million additional fake shares that have been added to EQBM share structure by the miscreants! All they would do is continue their behavior until they are STOPPED and/or FORCED to cover those shares!!
