hi guys and gals...I am in my hotel room in kansas city, where my friend was put into the hospital friday, a second time since the first time, last week....my dad, brother, and I, will be heading back to michigan, probably tomorrow---it is warmer here than it is in michigan...but somebody has to take care of the homestead!...hahahhahaha
I still hold shares in TKO....I just looked over the S-3 and correct me if I am wrong...but I THINK my understanding is that TKO is authorizing the sale of 6.600.000 restricted shares held by the PP folks, and those others identified.
My logical pragmatic side, says this is not good---more shares going into the market for sale, USUALLY means the price of the stock goes down....AND, IF, I understand correctly, this ALSO means that those sellers will be getting rid of their shares a whole lot earlier than originally planned! To my thinking, tat tells me that SOMEthing is cooking in the kitchen, that involves a need for these money-lenders to divest themselves of their holdings in TKO, sooner than planned. This is a very LOUD shout!

I would much have preferred the company buying my shares, btw.
Now, re Louie's question to Chaos.....my comment...For those who have been in this stock for a while, there have been many occasions where the decisions of management, the actions or non-actions (like failure to execute in a timely manner), the goals not realized (all the NFL cities), have often been fodder for discussion on the message boards---Heck, some people have gotten really frustrated with me...because I too have questioned the 'wisdom' of management, many many times....In my opinion, unfortunately or fortunately, it is a given, that no longer is challengable.
