I saw the segment and it was less than riveting. However, it was evident that PDSC has viable and marketable products and that there is a growing demand for higher levels of safety and bacteria control. IMO, with the proper marketing, PDSC could be a huge contender in the food safety arena.

I've asked before about who is actually selling the products and never got an answer, but I have to agree with Ringo... if Mr. Karney is the one peddling the wares... we're in trouble. I'm not saying that he doesn't know his stuff or that he is a bad person. But a salesman... he is NOT. These ozone systems aren't going to sell themselves! And from what I understand, with only 8-9 FT employees, PDSC can't possibly employ a large marketing dept.

A company's success is only marginally dependant on its product. The bulk of the success of the company is relative to effectiveness of the management. Good management knows its strengths and weakness and takes steps to compensate where it is weak. Just my opinion...
