Head of Sony Music’s International Division to join LSGH

Lone Star Group Holdings (OTCBB: LSGH) is proud to announce that they have expanded its Board Of Directors to include Julian Shapiro former Head of Sony Music’s International Division to join LSGH as Sr. Vice President.

Mr. Shapiro will head our New York based operations and oversees Marketing and Sales overall for the Company. Since 1993, he has been the Managing Owner of an Artist Management and Media Consulting firm with day-to-day responsibilities for career development of individual recording artists. In addition, he serves as an advisor for several media companies. Prior to 1993, Mr. Shapiro was employed by SONY Music, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President, Marketing, SONY Music International. In that capacity, he was responsible for the international marketing and career development of all artists signed to the Columbia and Epic labels.

Before that, as Director of Marketing for the Columbia label of SONY Music International, Mr. Shapiro worked directly with some of the biggest stars in contemporary popular music including Billy Joel, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan, The Rolling Stones, Willie Nelson, and Julio Iglesias, guiding the international development of their music careers. He also consolidated the media and media related activities of SONY Music International and established a unified department at the company's worldwide headquarters.
