How Beforepay’s AI model drives strong returns

Beforepay Group Ltd Finance Manager Shreya Prakash talked with Proactive about the company’s dual focus on domestic consumer lending and enterprise software through its Carrington Labs division. She explained that Beforepay’s core product—a pay advance offering—provides short-term loans with a fixed 5% fee and no hidden costs, aiming to support Australians with transparent and ethical lending. Novo Resources targets gold at Tibooburra

Novo Resources Corp executive co-chair Mike Spreadborough and exploration manager Kas De Luca talked with Proactive about the company’s current exploration, strategy and key drilling campaigns underway in 2025. Spreadborough detailed the company's focus on standalone projects with the potential to exceed one million ounces, with current efforts centred on drilling programs at the Balla Balla project, Tibooburra Gold Project, and upcoming activity at the John Bull Project. “We’re not chasing brownfields mill feed for an existing processing plant. We’re looking for something new and exciting,” he said. De Luca shared insights into the Clone prospect at Tibooburra, highlighting its strong geological context and mineralisation indicators. “The clone thrust has been really identified and pinpointed now as a foot wall shear zone… that seems to us both in the drilling and in service to carry most of the mineralisation,” she noted. De Luca said results from surface sampling returned grades up to 89 grams per tonne, and the company has only tested a small fraction of a 60km mineralised trend. Novo expects results from three programs between now and July and continues to assess additional farm-in opportunities as part of its strategy. Zinnwald Lithium wins Saxony government endorsement for lithium project after robust PFS

Zinnwald Lithium PLC (LSE:ZNWD, OTC:ZNWLF) chief executive Anton du Plessis talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about the company’s recently published pre-feasibility study (PFS) for its Zinnwald Lithium Project, located in Saxony, Germany. The project is designed to supply battery-grade lithium hydroxide to the European market and has now received public backing from the Saxony government. Du Plessis outlined that the PFS demonstrates a scalable, long-life mining operation, starting with 18,000 tonnes per annum of lithium hydroxide and potentially scaling to 35,000 tonnes in a second phase. He stated, “We published our PFS on Monday that showed an economic project of significant scale… a globally significant project in terms of scale.” The economics were highlighted as robust, with a post-tax NPV of €2.20 billion and an internal rate of return of approximately 20%. The location of the project — 35km south of Dresden — positions it strategically at the heart of Germany and the EU, aligning with Europe’s push for regional supply chains of critical raw materials. Du Plessis also emphasised the importance of the local endorsement, noting, “To have the public endorsement, as we had, is extremely important to us.” The next step for the company is to optimise the project in preparation for a Definitive Feasibility Study, expected in 2026.
