TD...Rumors only. The same rumors are given credence IMHO by the fact that MPE is slated to make their first energy fund deals by March (or April). MPE plans on investing alongside experienced oil co's (thus another oil co's involvement). Throw in the fact that ERHC has been without CEO and CFO since July of 2006.....and IMHO, a deals brewing.

The sales pitch has been for SEO to give up controlling interest. Its logical that is a necessity for the deal to move forward so it is highly likely it will happen. Why highly likely??? Based on how SEO is running the company...it would appear to me that he is on the same program with the buyer's.
