I think the somewhat negative tone of this board is a positive sign. This is the way a lot of boards sound after a dilution. AAGH flooded the market with shares that were mostly absorbed in the .06's, by buyers that are now underwater... some of them are going to jump, I suspect many already have, but I don't see what else has changed.

The PPS is going to have trouble until a flood of buyers step in because they are interested in owning the company producing "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" in Chnia, which by the way, is only one facet of their internet and advertising business in China.

Now, I've seen pinks that are stealing and diluting and reverse splitting, but usually this is done with a flood of PR's about increasing shareholder value and mysterious mergers into promising industries that will be revealed at a later date.

In my opinion, this has not been how AAGH has operated. If they were a front, they could have gotten their PPS way up and taken a lot more cash out a long time ago. The price they paid for the S-8 was pretty steep as far as their market cap goes, but I believe they needed cash to put a show into production.

In my opinion, if we are saying that the guy who orchestrated getting Millionaire for china is trying to steal a million bucks to line his own pocket, then I think we're talking about two different people. I believe in the version of Mak who builds the company that makes him truly wealthy, instead of the guy who is running from shareholder suits in two countries. He didn't go into the fastest growing market in the fastest growing country and pick the biggest show in the world because he's a petty theif. His moves make him seem a few notches brighter than that.

I don't hear AAGH cheerleading their PPS up on very little news. Just the opposite, they don't make a very big deal about what I consider some very big news. This might be frustrating for investors, but it's a pattern of behavior I'm more comfortable with, as the cheerleading no real news is a giant red flag to me. I don't think they are worried about short term PPS because they know the long term story. If the future looked bleak for AAGH, and they were trying to pump and dump I think we'd see a lot more signs of pumping.

But, as always, this is only my opinion. Do you own DD and good luck to all whether you're in or out.
