I would disagree pretty strongly with you on this one. It's apparent that the number of bone mets has a very strong inverse correlation with survival. The other two stat sig covariates that 9901 and 9902A have in common are localization of disease and PSA at baseline. If you take 9902A and start with the 20 factors in the Halabi nomogram, I would submit that you will end up with at least those three upon completion of the Cox regression exercise, which would likely be enough for stat sig survival via Cox.
