I am selling SVL. I think the NR stinks about the drill rigs. Several times I was told drills were on the site, through customs, others were available, drilling was imminent. Refer to the NR for a different story. The deal on the locals p#sses me off also. Look at the picture of the location of the Arena Blanca deposit on their web site. Shows city street lights in the photos and dwelling roofs. I asked multiple times if that was a problem and if there were problems with the locals. I was told NO! Then I come to find out that the Minister of Mines for Honduras requested to SVL several weeks ago to not drill and see if they could settle out with the locals etc. So I have lost trust in the management and IR of SVL.
Now that is not to say they may not correct the issues at hand and be drilling immediately but I have received several unsolicited PM's from people on SI that are reasonable in nature and that I have corresponded with in the past saying they think it stinks and have sold including my good friend and box mate.
When and if SVL settle this and has a NR that the drills are actually turning I will buy back in but not until. And even then I have reviewed the WEB and have found there is a lot of opposition in Honduras to mining and I will not hold the stock as a potential mining play only as a spec.
I have a bad taste about the whole story as SVl was a very large portion of my PF prior to their last NR and this silver rally saved my PF as I see it, as I have been able to dump a majority of my stock since the news release. It still may be a great story but.............
Good luck I know you are a better trader than myself and I respect your buying decision.
BTW my SVL proceeds have gone into CKG primarily but not entirely.
