Personally I'm not sure if the blatant short selling and the manipulation is the reason. I think the selling is more because of stockholders have had enough of the share price going south and the lack of confidence in the TNRG group. Remember many of us have had shares in WBSR for over 12 years and have nothing to show for it. Just for the record, if I had a way to sell some of my shares (even now with the low prices) and not paying a company between 8% - 10% plus more money to officially become a member of their penny stock company) I would do it in a NY minute!

Acusensus talks global expansion and growth drivers

Acusensus Ltd Managing Director talked with Proactive at AIM's Small and Midcap Conference about the company’s progress in road safety technology, its global expansion, and the upcoming launch of a new product line aimed at road worker protection. Acusensus has also secured a nationwide speed enforcement contract in New Zealand, expected to contribute significantly from the next financial year. Jannink highlighted the broader social mission behind the business: “The whole goal of the company is to change behaviours and to save lives.” He pointed to strong behavioural impacts from previous deployments, including a six-fold drop in mobile phone use and a 21% reduction in road fatalities in New South Wales. Newmark Security CEO on growth drivers, expanding D2E model globally

Newmark Security PLC CEO Marie-Claire Dwek talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about the company’s latest trading update, which highlighted stronger revenue performance in the second half of the financial year. Dwek said the growth was primarily driven by the Human Capital Management (HCM) division, especially in North America, where both hardware and service-related sales have increased. She explained, “The more clocks we sell, the more recurring revenue we sell, the more services we sell.” This growth model is being further supported by a Direct to End user approach, with active integrations already in place with Oracle and Workday, and further development underway with SAP. Dwek also spoke about their efforts to diversify, including moves into lower-cost market segments, which are typically dominated by Chinese manufacturers. This allows Newmark to capture new customer groups while maintaining service-based revenue opportunities. Outside North America, Newmark continues to see growth in Europe, citing customers like Marks & Spencer and Protime. The company is also building pipeline opportunities in collaboration with Oracle and is working on exclusivity in North America with one partner. Lithium ION Energy secures joint venture with SureFQ to advance Urgakh Naran Lithium project

Lithium ION Energy Limited CEO Ali Haji joined Steve Darling from Proactive to announce a binding Joint Venture Agreement with SureFQ for the advancement of the Urgakh Naran lithium project in Mongolia. Under the agreement, ION will retain a 20% free carried interest through to commercial production, ensuring long-term participation in the project's success without additional financial commitments. SureFQ, a firm specializing in sustainable energy solutions and lithium resource development, will leverage its industry expertise and advanced extraction technologies to accelerate the project’s progress. Thor Explorations says Douta-West discovery adds gold ounces for upcoming PFS

Thor Explorations Ltd (TSX-V:THX, AIM:THX, OTC:THXPF) CEO Segun Lawson talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about progress at the Douta gold project in Senegal, with a specific focus on the Douta-West licence. Lawson outlined that Thor acquired the licence a year ago and has since been advancing drilling efforts there. He confirmed the company has now made a fresh discovery, which includes oxide, free-flowing, recoverable gold material. “These are wide intersections between 12 and 20 metres wide, with very good grades between 1.3 and just over 2 grams per ton,” Lawson said. He added that the anomaly runs for approximately two kilometres and could be a significant contributor to the overall economics of the project. Lawson noted that the next step is to fully drill the strike length of the discovery zone. This will allow the company to include the newly identified ounces into its mine plan and potentially enhance the preliminary feasibility study (PFS). He also highlighted that the company is not pursuing exploration for academic purposes, but rather with a clear intent to build and deliver value to shareholders.
