Great info WardOff, that looks like what I had hoped to find but it seems incomplete. I only see Moody listed once, Aug 24, for $301.6K and, if that was a sale, it doesn't seem out of line. But I recognise no other HISC name on that list, and nothing that shows BA either.

I'm so ingnorant of all this stuff I don't really understand the chart, is that what those people owned or is it what they sold that one point? If it was a one-time sale, Moody's is large but not enough - I think - to depress and hold down the price for so many months. ?? Anyway, for whatever reason Moody left the company, it doesn't seem out of line for him to sell his holdings afterwards, especially if he wanted to make a complete exit from HISC and be done with it. ??

Is that list a TOTAL readout of all the "insider" sales during the period? If so, to complete the picture, I'd also like to know how much newly minted stock the company put up for sale during that period.

Our guesses of who might own what company names and who sold stock is interesting but not proof, right? I'd like to see what the whole picture would show so our confidence and finger pointing could be based on knowledge rather than hopes we are right.
