Super, funny isn't it, but the fact is this stock moved up only because of the news from the 16th of February.. On its own merit the mm's were short after the 504, and the pps would have lingered near 0001-0002 till the AF's were announced. this is the story with every pink, mm's caused after effects of massive dilution.
With that in mind, the PR strategy is key in getting the pps up.. it is my strong view, and without news, the shorts will not be forced into cover, pressured by longs buying up every available share. secondly, the rest of the market is bad. To counter the bad market, good company news is helpful. The company has legitimate news, no fluff, every news is real and ensures added credibility, and value to the company in the marketplace with investors and Casket Customers(better for business).
