Again- Watson stating on 2-16 that they were not selling shares doesn't mean that there has not been dilution. What about the two months preceeding that since the last update? Or for that matter what about the two trading weeks since that email.

I've requested the share structure from him and he's not supplied it, nor will he confirm that the current Pinksheet.com numbers are accurate. If you can get him to tell you that the OS remains at 112M then you can say that there has been no dilution.
