ADX DMI - +

1) If ADX is rising from 20 to 40 then the trend is strengthening
2) If ADX is lowering from 40 to 20 then the trend is lessening
3) If ADX is flat there is no trend strength change
4) If the red -DMI line crosses from above to below over a rising ADX line then that the current long signal is BEGINNING. Conversly, if the red -DMI line crosses from below to above under a lowering ADX line then a long signal is ENDING
5) If the green +DMI line crosses from above to below over a rising ADX line then the current short signal is BEGINNING. Conversly, if the green +DIM line crosses from below to above under a lowering ADX line then a short signal is ENDING
6) If in between these signals the ADX rises/lowers/flat lines/wobbles that does not mean anything other than the trend is not as strong and not necessarily a signal to short/long until the next crossover.
7) If the green and red lines cross one another under/over the ADX line then thats confirmation of the trend change, and I suppose that they must crossover for the second signal to occur.
If the ADX begins to move up from below the lines and +DMI is on top go long, if the -DMI is on top go short.
