Hi Belleso, The share buyback was active until approximately Sunday, March 31, 2024. Looks like the company has no online presence because the website is no longer working or the website has been removed.

The only thing I can think of is to call Mr. Joseph at VStock Transfer or call Ms. Selvia at Smith Eilers PLLC. Maybe one or both can give you the form to start the buyback process. Since the stampede of shareholders is over, they may be willing to give the forms out one by one for the few shareholders who missed the buyback.
