Good question and valid concern. The company said should. 1. At that point JP hadn't been hired (or was days new) and the staff didn't have a good grasp of how long this could really take.

2. Many of us that were able to listen to January's Conference Call were lucky enough to hear/see, "Audit in progress," without an actual PR.

To some degree it would be nice if they would update shareholders. But I'm long so I got time, good Lord willing.
