There are already more EQBM shareholders entitled to the SOMA dividend than there are SOMA shares available to deliver!!

Larry needs to just do a one-for-one share exchange of EQBM shares for a whole new set of new symbol shares. If there are only supposed to be X amount of EQBM shares available and all EQBM shareholders are required to turn in their shares of EQBM for the new shares, the true amount of FTD's or Naked shares will be exposed!!

In other words, if there are only suppose to be 100 shares out and those shares have to be returned in exchange for a different 100 shares, then the extra fake shares will come to light.

Can you imagine having 2 to 3X the amount shares being turned in than was supposed to be in existance to begin with........


I believe the SOMA dividend/warrant scenario did just that, BUT the DTCC forcing the brokerage firms/MM's to cover the fake EQBM shares and cover the SOMA dividend shares IS the BIG WAITING question!

Larry could close all the deals he wants, and nothing substantial would happen to the pps until the miscreants are forced to pony up! Think about it, all the MM's have to do is dump more fake shares upon the buying pressure, and EQBM goes nowhere. The short position, or continued shorting HAS to be addressed and rectified before any real appreciation in the stock can/will be acknowledged.

MY only problem is that Larry keeps stirring up confusion and dragging us along, but in reality, what choice does he really have???? If he remains quiet, we all get upset. If he says something trying to buy time, we get upset! If news comes out and the pps goes nowhere, we get upset! If I were Larry, I would take care of the short situation FIRST, before I started to let the public know that my company has made some significant progress. JMHO
