Talking about Market Cap in this case is very tough to do also, considering that the float is below 200 Million and the rest of the shares are held by insiders...because of the large insider holding it is easier to look at the total amount of dollars in the float (or even the potential float) when it comes to predicting a future possible PPS for this stock...

That's just my opinion though...
