SWISS DISTRIBUTOR PURCHASES $75,000 DESEL UNIT
Enpar Technologies Inc.'s Swiss distributor, Aqua & Terra, has placed an initial order of $75,000 for the purchase of a DesEl unit.
Enpar has been advised by Aqua & Terra that there is considerable interest in this technology in Switzerland and other European countries. Aqua & Terra intends to use this unit to conduct on-site testing and demonstrations in these countries and believes that this could lead to significant future sales.
Aqua & Terra is an engineering company focusing on water treatment technologies that do not require the use of chemical additives. Its founder, Dr. Volker Mrugowsky, has over 40 years of experience in the field of water management and water treatment including construction and operation of industrial-scale facilities.
Over the past year, Aqua & Terra participated in successful third party testing of the DesEL system for the treatment of water containing very high levels of arsenic and other metals.
The company believes that on-site testing of the DesEL unit will successfully demonstrate the overwhelming benefits of the technology over conventional water treatment approaches.
