Hey Sharky, good to hear from you...

JMCP, as you may be aware, was the catalyst for setting up ONYI to get us off the pink sheets. I hope you recieved you divi's from that transaction...

JMCP is currently still a 'shell' which McGovern and Taylor are trying to find a suitor to fill. They found fat Frank as one of the potentials, and are giving him an opportunity to see if he can viably fill this need.

Frank is pursuing an oil and gas venture for JMCP, and it looks like it is coming down to the fine wires whether the deal will fly or not..

The only thing I don't like about this whole deal, is that I beleive that if Frank gets the shell, Taylor and McGovern may want to completely wash themselves from JMCP....

If Taylor is reading, I hope he can shed clarification on this matter. I really would like the 'tie' to be there, as I have grown a some trust for Taylor and his intentions.
