I think its as simple as Fred new this was going to happen a few weeks ago and just figured EVSY isnt his or our problem anymore...so...why take the time and effort to update any filings if in fact after yesterday he and HISC were not going to have a single thing to do with it anymore besides having a dividend. I mean he still has dividends in it as well.ALot more than any of us.
