A good point was raised re deleted posts. If a post is deleted, a PM should be sent to the person telling them that post # such & such on the Name of Board was deleted because it violated iHub's TOU AND giving the reason for the violation with a warning that repetitions of the TOU violations could result in suspension or termination. You could also have a link to the detailed TOU which 1/2 the people here have never read. This may perhaps cut down on the TOU violations. I ASSume that this can be done programatically by a simple boiler plate PM that the only thing that needs to be filled in is the board, post # & reason for deletion. Kinda like a reverse TOS report that would have to be filled out by SITE ADMINS, Board ADMINs (ie MOD & ASSistant MODS), as well as MOD SQUAD pre-signed from SITE ADMIN. Is it work? Sure it is but if someone is gonna delete a post they better have a good reason for doing so. In addition the offending party has been put on notice re the consequences of further violations of the TOU.
